Reserva Natural do Estuário do Tejo (RNET)

Reserva Natural da Lagoa de Santo André (RNLSA)

Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina (PNSACV)

Parque Natural do Vale do Guadiana (PNVG)

Suggested Itinerary:

Day 1:

Descent from Porto to the Tejo River in the evening. Sleep close to the RNET (Alcochete zone);
Day 2:

Birdwatching in the estuary. Walk through the reserve. Lunch at Alcochete and departure to Lagoa de Santo André;
Day 3:

Birdwatching in Lagoa de Santo André. Walk through the reserve. Lunch in the area and departure to Odemira;


Day 4:

Birdwatching in the Natural Park. Lunch in the area and departure to Mértola.
Day 5:

Birdwatching. Walk in the Natural Park. Lunch in Mértola. Walk in the Natural Park and wildlife watching in the evening. Dinner in Mértola;
Day 6:

Birdwatching in Castro Verde. Return journey.
